Brought my car in twice to have it repaired and it was still not fixed. I missed work and was out $1700… ended up going to Toyota dealership and getting the proper issue resolved. I did wait a good amount of time before writing this review to see if MTI would work with me to acknowledge what was done or reimburse any type of amount but they have ignored me. MTI always does a great job. On time and fairly priced.
Keith was super helpful in communicating what was needed to fix my car. He took extra steps to email me a quote. He was also super responsive as we had to call back-and-forth.
