I went it for an oil change and it a hospitable environment! I was offered coffee and the clerk turned on the TV! Full synthetic was so cheap!
Unfortunately the tech left my oil cap loose. Oil spilled everywhere. We understand people are human, but what was really bad was the first time they tried to clean it, they used water and it was a mess. My husband had to drive back up to the shop and have a degreaser used. The smell is so bad! I’m still dealing with that! My SUV is a 2025, and I’m so upset.
Got me in first thing on Monday, gave me a ride home and to pick up my vehicle when repair was complete. Did a good job and were very knowledgable and friendly. I would return again.
