In the midst of a snowstorm after school hours. I began to get worried as I couldn't locate my kiddo. I called the school got transferred to MTI left a vm they called back within a matter of minutes. They were able to locate the bus, contact the driver, and provide me with alternative stops that I could pick my kiddo up from. I Definitely give this company a gold star especially in communication and care of the students...as well as a worried parent
