Class hard but the good kind of hard!! Julie was amazing on cues and helping me navigate the xformer for the first time! Can’t wait for my next class!
Love this pilates studio! The instructors are great, and the space is airy and inviting.
I LOVE mthd and highly recommend to anyone looking for a low impact/high intensity workout!! My favorite class so far has been Kristen's- she has a bubbly personality and killer playlist! Leslie the owner has an amazing spirit- so welcoming and kind- she goes above and beyond for her clients and gives great assists! Finding kind instructors is what really attracted me to this reformer studio as each one greets you warmly with a smile! :) The space itself is such a vibe, it is bright and open- beautiful mountain views!
I just took my first class with Allie and it was AWESOME! Her directions were clear, the work was hard and intentional and the cueing and music made for a swift 50 minutes of work! I highly recommend giving this strength training a try!
