I experienced the exact same scenarios with this company as the other people who posted a review. I was totally appalled by my loan officer's professionalism. And after reading the other reviews, this seems to be the normal business practice for MTH Mortgage and their loan officer's. I received my loan disclosures via email on 6/23/2024 and has yet to communicate with my loan officer. If I could give this mortgage company zero stars, I would. The only reason I’m even leaving a review is for future home buyers to beware of the poor quality service they provide. Not only did I experience panic attacks during my loan process because of what they put me through, but now, 38 days after I closed, I find out that my home insurance policy has been cancelled due to the fact that MTH mortgage never paid. The only reason this company gets a 1 star review is because I can't go lower. I've been dealing with them for well over 30 days. They waited until 2 days prior to closing to tell me we can't close because they couldn't verify income through my employer. The more I pushed for reasons as to why, the more disrespectful the upper level management became. I had a builders interest rate that would allow for a %4.99 interest rate.
