They are the worst Mortage providers. They promise you a rate of 2.99 3.99 and 4.99 but fail to disclose that interest will be charged at 4.99. Please do you homework and stay away from both their homes and Mortage services at all cost.

Horrific experience! Non responsive to calls and emails. They piecemeal information and are not forthcoming with it. You have to be the one who navigates the process alone. They have been the least bit helpful. I’m ready to walk away. They are certainly not guilty of good customer service or professionally. Don’t use them!!!
If you want your home buying experience to be great then dont finance or refinance with MTH mortgage.Very poor customer service by the loan officer and the team. Delay in processing the loan, which goes beyond the closing date and they have no courtesy to respond to emails or phone call. They make you feel like they r doing a favor by giving you a loan.
