Stay away from them at all cost. They will waste your time and will request all the unnecessary forms they could, just to deny you in the end. Never dealt with mortgage company that would be like that
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. If you're shopping for a mortgage company, my advice to you (especially as first-time home buyers, as we are) would be to stay FAR AWAY from MTH Mortgage. We've been trying to close on our home and have dealt with countless issues, mostly stemming from a lack of communication. There have truly been too many issues to list.
