Bought a truck here in summer 2023. It was on a weekend and the sales guy said that he'd send me the spare key and fob for the 2015 RAM that I purchased that day. I drove the RAM back to Iowa. They never sent me the key despite me mailing a note requesting the key. My truck battery died a few months later and the key FOB that they sold me with the truck was programmed but the key was not cut, so I was unable to get into the truck to pop the hood. I had to have it towed.
I was shopping for a service truck for over a month and stopped at multiple dealerships that had what I was looking for. After visiting with Lester I told him what I was looking for, he had no problem staying late to work with my schedule and he had all 5 trucks at the front door waiting for me to look at and test drive. Could not say enough good things to describe the experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
