I am writing the review to express my extreme disappointment with the dishonest practices I experienced at MTH Auto Services. I went to the shop already knowing the issue with my vehicle, but I was told I had to pay $95 (later reduced to $75) for a diagnosis. After just 7 minutes, the man came back and told me exactly what I had already explained was wrong, yet still charged me $75 for this so-called "diagnosis." I've taken both of my Raptors here and the mechanics deliver really good customer service, communication and great mechanical service. Very reasonable prices and just great all around individuals, would recommend them to family and friends.
