I am a new client here and let me say this... do not come here. They have far too many clients and as a new client, getting in was a hassle. The service is GREAT and EXCELLENT though! They solved my issue with the IRS, was owing like 10 grand but they brought it down to like a couple hundred bucks (previous accountant screwed me over), so I saw Phoenix and he helped me.
