Usually they do really well but this time I went to get gel x an they messed up and had to remove the nails but they still made me pay even though I left without my nails done

Had a great experience with the hair stylist. I have been coming in for a year and always get the family discount. Today I went in and Marley would not honor the family discount told me I had to be 21 to qualify. Which is odd since my grandma and mother have been getting the discount for about a year as well. I truly felt attacked since half of my eyebrow was missing as well due to stylist messing up which is understandable (student learning) but why charge me FULL price when half of my brow is missing.
