I called Mark and requested a quote for some typical household electric work plus the installation a 14-50R plug in our garage from a breaker, which is in a different part of the house. He asked I send him an email about the projects, and I did. Four days went by without a response. Mark does excellent work. I know a thing or two about wiring and feel confident that Mark is up on his code and doesn't take dangerous shortcuts. He's also got a laid back vibe that I found reassuring. I'll be calling him up for all future electrical jobs at the house.
Mark and his team are professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. I had an electrical problem occur on a Sunday and I submitted a request for evaluation. The first thing Monday morning Mark called and arranged to have one of his workers drop by before noon. The problem was quickly diagnosed. Cost and time estimates were provided.
