Outstanding customer service. I just purchased a new Ventrac attachment from the Latham Branch. Branch Manager Rashane Redman and Sales Rep Phil Klaiber, with their upbeat and outgoing personalities made the entire experience fun. Their terrific Service Techs had the unit clean and ready to go when Rashane scheduled me back. Ten Stars from me.....

Brought a ventrac 3100 to MTE after we couldn't figure out the issue, one of the techs was able to talk me through a temporary fix over the phone to be able to get the machine moving and driveable so i could load it in a trailer. You will not find friendlier people and better service than here at MTE.
