If you need a Troy-Bilt, or any other mower part, go to your local Cub Cadet dealer. I looked up the part number for my specific riding mower and ordered the part I needed. The part I received had different part numbers and wouldn't fit my deck. I called about the problem and after giving them the serial number of the mower, they gave me a different cub cadet number. Ordered 3 items from their website. When the package arrived from them, it contained only 1 of the 3 items with no reason the other items did not ship. I called to see if the other items were on back order. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. Rep who answered the phone was very smarmy and snarky when I asked about the items being on back order. I decided to cancel the other items since they were on back order for over a month and their website said nothing about that. Better hope you never have to return a part with this place. They make you pay the expensive shipping to send back and take 30-60 days to send your refund. Absolutely ridiculous! If the website was accurate with the parts I needed (both said will fit my mower) then I wouldn’t be out the $40 to ship it and waiting 2 freaking months for my money back.
