I've had the pleasure of being recommended this lovely young man to come and fix an issue with my bath drain. He turned up on time, which, in of itself, is amazing due to the sheer terrible traffic around where I live. He was polite, courteous and professional. I’ve been using MTC Plumbing & Heating for a long time now and they’ve always been outstanding. Reliable, professional, quick to respond, and consistently very fair on price. This latest job was handled efficiently and with great care, exactly as expected. It’s rare to find trades you can fully trust, but MTC Plumbing & Heating have never let me down. Very good service, replaced a tap and had previously fixed a toilet problem that baffled another plumber. Kept in touch about arrival time and was professional and easy to deal with.

I had a very disappointing experience with MTC Plumbing & Heating. Communication was poor throughout — I struggled to get updates, and messages often went unanswered. The work was delayed several times without clear explanations, and when it was finally completed, there were still issues that hadn’t been properly resolved. I expected better professionalism based on the other reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn’t match that. Mo was great at changing a part in our gas boiler - he was always prompt and clear with communication, gave a competitive price, did everything very professionally, and was even available for video calls with my tenants after when they needed to understand how to work something in the boiler. Very happy to recommend him.
