Mohamad was excellent from start to finish. He responded super quickly to our query on Checkatrade and visited us twice — first, to advise us after we’d accidentally bought the wrong toilet seat (oops!) and to assess and provide a temporary fix for an issue with the flush. He then returned promptly after sourcing the correct seat for us and provided a longer-term solution for the flush. Mohamad was professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was sorted properly. Very highly recommended!
No lengthy wait on the phone or for the appointment & spoke directly to the plumbing / heating engineer, Mo himself. After sending a photo, he was able to diagnose the likely problem; provide a quote that appeared reasonable & so brought the necessary equipment / parts that avoided delay to mend my bath drainage system. Mo was efficient; professional; tidy, leaving no mess & providing advice when asked.
