I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Unfortunately, I can not give a zero-star rating, hence the one-star rating. I have never experienced such terrible service in my entire life. I was angrily treated and overcharged. Tyre X, the business-maker, charged me 200 £ for a single tire replacement at my house, with dimensions of 215x55x16. The service was 7 miles away, and then they charged me an additional 30£ because of an error of Google maps regarding my adress, claiming it was for VAT. Howev... read more
TYRE ANGELS! Called with a flat tyre at 14:30- said they'd be within the hour, turned up promptly, and by 15:50 I was on the road with not one, but two (much needed!) new tyres. Amazing service, thank you so much

MTC were really helpful. Quite early on our honeymoon we reached the city of Bath and caught a puncture. MTC where the 3rd company I had called late that evening. From the jump he was straight with me reassuring and communicated effectively. Nice and early & on time like he promised we were back on the road to continue our honeymoon adventure. 10/10 service 10/10 communication 10/10 efficiency
