Driver in a van driving rt3 north at 2:20 in Tyngsboro came up flying at 90mph. I went to switch from the left lane to the middle lane to let him pass and it wasn’t fast error him so he was doing 90 in the break down lane. I was driving 75 mph btw. Left a message with the office but nothing will likely come of it. Guy is a menace and should be fired on the spot.
