AJ was great, he came in and paid excellent attention to detail. We have used them before and they were great! We highly recommend them.
MTC came out with a very knowledgeable and dedicated team. They informed us along the way what was wrong with our system and showed a genuine approach how to fix it and was readily available if we had any further issues. They come highly recommended.
The replacement of one of our HVAC systems went well. The extras that the installation crew performed didn’t cost us any more than the quote. It took a little longer but we appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail.
Ali was able to come to my house same-day after our older unit kicked its fan over the weekend. He was great through every step of the diagnosis and eventual repair, making sure to clearly explain not only what he was doing but why. MTC has been my go-to since we moved here and from the front desk (thank you Jennifer & Ruby!) to every tech they've sent (thank you AJ!) I've been more than pleased with the service I've received.
