MTC is our new favorite HVAC company! We chose to replace our failing furnace package unit after a previous well-reviewed HVAC company was unable to diagnose and fix the unit. The technician from MTC Heating and Air Conditioning quickly determined that our 16 year-old unit stopped functioning when the temperatures got low because the control board was no longer able to process stage 2 heating. I am giving 5 stars 🌟 because they came out next day before July 4th and finished the job even though it took longer than usual due to not having the capacitor I needed. There were some pros and cons to the service. But overall I would recommend 👌 Improve by asking the customer what system they have and how old it is at the appointment level. This allows you to anticipate supplies you will need and have them on hand at arrival. It is not the customers fault if you have to go out and buy a capacitor for an older system. A... read more
