Worst customer service, worst response time. Can’t get anyone to call you back, answer the phone or handle an application. I had to take my business elsewhere. Usually only 1 drive through lane open. Ardmore location should be shut DOWN!
Been banking through them for 10 years. My husband and I have tried to get loans from them and we are always turned down. Worst bank. I will never refer anyone to them. Can get approved for loans everywhere else but this bank. Will be looking for a new bank.
