I have been here twice and had horrible experiences both times with the same teller. The first time had to be around may-june and i went to cash in my check like I usually do at the Pelham location. I was greeted nicely and walked to the teller window to deposit my biweekly check. The teller answered the phone and only asked what I needed. There was no hello, how are you, just “what can i help you with.” I still asked how she was anyways and told her I just needed to deposit my check.
