I’ve been a member here, and I trusted them as a “local, community-focused” institution. That trust was a mistake. My account was hit with a late payment that was inaccurate. I was never contacted about it before it was reported — no call, no letter, no warning. Had a very fantastic experience with a problem I had using Zelle transfer. Somehow the money I sent ended up in the wrong person’s account. The person who helped me was Janelle and not only was she patient, she was proactive, quick and helpful. She really went above and beyond to help me and make sure it didn’t happen again. Shout out to Janelle at the Tanner Rd branch, she really cares about the members and takes initiative when it comes to problem solving all while staying calm, composed, and friendly!
