I am glad to share with you all that MTC do a soils report for only \$2200 for a 9000 square feet commercial in Temple City and a liquefaction soils report for only \$3200 for a new residential house in County of Los Angeles and teh County approved it. Very professional service. Mark and his staff are incredibly helpful and take the time needed to help get you through the process, particularly the process thats required for city approval and permit. I had an inspection done on my property to evaluate the soil because I needed construction work done and they provided me with quality service. Id strongly recommend them!
