I filed my taxes here two weeks ago. The amount I received him was what I estimated on Turbotax that I could have filed myself but I wanted to see if I could maximize that. I think my first grievance came tho when I had to ask HIM abt adding a few things that I KNEW would maximize it AFTER he'd given an amount. Simply asked for their new address over the phone since they still have their old address listed on the website. Guy couldn't even give it to me verbally, sounded like he was too busy eating or something. Couldn't even take the time out of his day literally no more than 5 seconds to tell me new address is XXX Street. Suite XXXX. Guess I'll take my company & business elsewhere.
