Product good, service lousy I have been very happy with my phone from MTA, but I have found getting service extremely frustrating. Every time I have been there, I have had to wait around 45 minutes, even if it is for a small thing. Others are waiting, too, and they are just as frustrated. I have witnessed people screaming at the front desk person, they are so sick of waiting so long. Really, this business needs to figure out a better way to serve their customers.
