What horrible costumer service. Didnt even get my truck looked at thats how bad it was. Rude lady that works there doesn't know how to talk to people so we ended up leaving. Not welcoming at all. Then she responds to this review with a sorry explanation. The shop is a joke. Bunch of miserable people working the place and they seem to have an explanation for their poor costumer service. Mike and his team are awesome! Best truck repair shop in Las Vegas! Highly recommend them
Took my truck here to get it fixed because there was the check engine light. When I picked it up I told Mike the check engine light was still there. He straight out lied to me that it was linked to the ABS system. Paid $1200 and the truck still has the same problem. I would not take a vehicle here again.
The only thing, if they don't have parts with them they will ask for deposit. Mike and Theresa are awesome got our truck fixed in exact time and money estimate, being professional with work and chill in all other aspects! Big Like!
