This is a great family business that prioritises customer seevice. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. At times when I needed a road call I have called Mike in the middle of the night and he personally comes out diagnosed the vehicle and got me running again and his diagnosis often was very little charge at all other than just the call out

From my experience, I would not recommend anyone to go there. They only needed to replace the A/C compressor and recharge the freon. Instead of fixing it, not only did the A/C not start working, but they also damaged the alternator, and the batteries stopped charging. When the driver went to check if it was working, one of the workers hid the truck keys and refused to let it start until the bill was paid. In my experience, they are simply irresponsible."

What horrible costumer service. Didnt even get my truck looked at thats how bad it was. Rude lady that works there doesn't know how to talk to people so we ended up leaving. Not welcoming at all. Then she responds to this review with a sorry explanation. The shop is a joke. Bunch of miserable people working the place and they seem to have an explanation for their poor costumer service. Mike and his team are awesome! Best truck repair shop in Las Vegas! Highly recommend them
