RecommendedChuck and his staff always go above and beyond. they pay their staff well so they dont have to tell you a bunch of stuff you dont need. i was gunna get my whole front end done, and only ended up needing part of it done. always always always take your car or truck or any tire needs to the people at point s. they will go above and beyond for you also. 10/10

Awful service. I came up from Lewiston to get my tires aligned because everywhere in the valley was booked out for a week or so. I called Bruneel and they had an opening on Saturday (Jan 18, 2020) so I took my pick up there and they wanted to charge me $549 to get TWO new ball joints in order to get my tires aligned. I then went down to Peters and keatts and les shwab in clarkston to have them look at my ball joints and they were perfectly time. Keep in mind I’m a young female. RecommendedOver the years I have always gotten excellent service. But yesterday was amazing. I had an issue...2 bugling tires. A week before Christmas it was not in my budget to get all new tires. They found some used decent tires to last me until I could get new tires. I appreciate your fantastic ability to take care of your customer. I will be a life long customer! Thank you!
Be more honest. For the same tires we bought, they were being sold elsewhere at $46.00 less with the same warranty. It is just very sad and disappointing. We had to ask for the 4 chrome caps that were promised to us by the sales guy who had left work right after he completed the sale with us. We have always tried to give our business to local community but we did not expect such big difference in prices especially after the sales guy spoke badly of CostCo where we would usually purchase our tires.
