Called and asked for a price for a new battery. He said I have to come there to find out, because it would waste his time to research the price. I told him canadian tire was able to give me a price from the make and model of my car. So he told me to go there and not waste everyone's time in the city.
Went to this place based on the good reviews, but the experience was exact opposite. The guy at the counter is simply disrespectful and greedy. He gave rude and vague replies for any follow up question. I would not recommend going to this place.
I’d have given zero stars if it was possible. Horrible experience with the guy at reception.
Do not go to this Garage. I went for an air conditioner fix. They just added Freon and said its fixed. I asked if there was a leak somewhere, to which I was told that its an old Mercedes so the freon tends to leak over time, they did not bother and changed the topic when I said that it was working absolutely fine a few days ago. Nonetheless. A few weeks later the ac stopped working again. When I took it to them, Tony said that Mercedes is not his forte and asked me to come again next morning.
