I spoke to Prince and Angie called me back to set up Outstanding Service and Excellent work at all stages of the process. The driver Malcom and the other mover Kilo worked very professional. They were a true reflection of great, caring and honest excellent service! Mt Zion made this move for me, easy, effortless and I could not have asked for a better experience. P.S. (Malcom is a JENGA whisperer!) He made all my items fit perfectly in storage unit! Amazing! Thank you, I’ll be using this service again in the future!
They were fantastic very professional. Took excellent care of my leather furniture. I highly recommend them hands down the most best moving company.
Update: No callback or refund days after, Prince answered the phone finally at 3 pm just to say "oh the movers didn't come?" Which is just tragic. Still pursuing a refund and I've contacted the County Clerk to file a report. Shame! Hoping I can change this review in the future but this has to be my wrist experience with a mover yet. My move was scheduled and paid for this morning at 8 am. I called in to speak with Claudette who was very nice and pushed things through quickly. Mt Zion made my move easy and efficient. They showed up early and got started right away. We moved from a third floor apartment , it helped a lot that they were in shape and didn’t need to take a lot of breaks. They worked with integrity. I appreciate that they didn’t try to cut corners and extend time. I’ve used other movers before who were more expensive but they damaged my walls and dressers.
