I cannot say enough.... It's the type of thing you don't understand until you experience it. 1)It truly is a free benefit to the community (at the time of this writing - 5/2024). 2)They do not push you to join their church. 3) It's not a free feel...There are some amazing classes/workouts with true trainers that will leave you gassed. 4) The interactions are priceless. OH WOW. This building is filled with kindness and acceptance. They are true Christians. Not judgemental or dismissive if you aren't just like them. Do great works in the community like FREE FITNESS CLASSES (until further notice if you're reading this in the future.) My husband and I started to eat healthy and exercise after an pregnancy loss.
