Within 15 minutes of my first class here I already knew I’d join! Josh and Shane have been my coaches and their knowledge and professionalism is so appreciated. The facility is great and has well-maintained equipment. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’d highly recommend!
Best program I've ever done!
I hit up this gym for a 7am drop-in WOD. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The class was intimate (5 of us) so there was lots of personal attention. Brooke was a great coach who spotted a couple ways to improve my technique on the clean and jerk. Perfect experience when visiting a box!
