You can trust this shop to fix your car right the first time! I've been taking my 1993 Volvo to Brian and Rich for the past 8 years. Only after finding this shop was I able to finally relax and know that my car was getting only the repairs and maintenance work it needed without any run-arounds. This is my only vehicle. I am a single mom, a full time student, and have various part-time jobs to keep us afloat. This shop always fits me in, appropriately fixes what needs to be fixed, and gets me on the road ASAP. Disrespectful and Rude I went in for a minor issue and should have followed the little voice in my head that looked at the condition of the shop, (It appeared as if someone had broken in and tore apart the shop looking for some hidden treasure) and initially wanted to walk out without leaving my car there for service.
