I've owned my home for 34 years,no claims on my auto or homeowners Insurance ever.I received a letter from them stating they were not renewing my insurance because my house was in a state of disrepair.Specially, worn out and curling roof shingles and moderate tree overhang.They never gave me an opportunity to address any issue (obviously I could've just cut the branch if they had said something).I have no curling shingles at all & I have a single tree branch overhanging one side of the roof about 20 feet away.What a joke cle... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.weve been insured with them for 4 years. All of a sudden theyre canceling our policy for an old fuse box and a saggy porch roof. No notice. I heard were not the only omes theure pullimg the rug out from under. SAVE YOURSELF AGGRAVATION GO ELSEWHERE.

Threatened to cancel my policy "due to the state of the shed" however, the shed is structurally sound and has no pressing issues. I KNOW it is because I utilized the purpose of the policy because a tree fell on my fence, so they had to pay out. Excuse the thousands I have paid into the policy. I will NEVER recommend this company! Save your money for a better company that actually cares for its customers. I am appalled!

不靠谱的公司。同一家公司，询问同样的一件事，打了不同的电话，答案却不同。所以，要买保险还是去找大的保险公司，小公司员工新，不够专业。
