I note that most reviews on here are quite old I've been visiting them for the last 2 years and have found the doctors to be friendly and efficient. I would say though that the receptionists need to improve their customer relations skills and perhaps smile a bit, with the exception of Leanne who is always very nice.
Bad customer service
I’ve been going to this practice since I was 16, I’m now 42, there was only 3 doctors in the early years and they were brilliant, knew everyone by name, it felt friendly, inviting like we were all family, now I feel I’m just another number, so hard to see my original doctor, and the receptionist Linda is so goddamn rude, I really can’t believe she’s been their for as long as she has, learn some people skills Linda cause at the end of the day we pay your wages
