This employee literally cut me off while driving a loaded semi. Took the entrance from Old 99 Hwy heading south on I-5 and jumped in front of me in the center lane. Cruel business. I'm still grappling with their treatment of my sick pup 5 years later. I will never recommend this place to anyone. In late 2020 we took our sick 14 yr old Westie to be put down, and were told we weren't allowed to be there when she left because of covid policies. Policies made of their own volition, not state mandated. The woman then stood by our car while our children were having last moments with their beloved pet and pretended to care. Beyond impressed with the care my horses received! Incredibly thorough work and everyone was a pleasure to work with! Dr. Claire’s attention to detail is amazing, with a very personable approach!
Received good care for my horse, but to save money on a farm call, I hauled to the clinic for my horse's appointment. I was not told that there is a $50 haul in fee for "facility use," in addition to an exam fee. It would have been nice to prepare for this prior to the appointment, especially after spending over $800 on other unexpected diagnostics, medications, exam fee, etc. while there that day.
