They never answer the phone. The last month I have called every day after I get off work to get ahold of someone about my son. No one ever answers the phones. I have waited 2+ hours and nothing. I have left a call back number and never receive it. You guys need to figure out how to answer the phones or something.
I can’t count then times I have called. They always say 120 minute wait. I have left messages to call……nothing. I will try to go to office with my cane in hand. Service on phone is simply nonexistent.
I have been call and getting hung up onv time after time. Now I'm on hold and died it would take 80 min to get customer service.
They say they're closed for a holiday but there is no holiday today. This is a extra post 1209 2025 I called up there and nothing wait and wait and then I got hung up on I'm filing for disability behavioral health. Trying to get all my information on my case Raymond b Santiago jr 1987
