Horrible! I made a 3 hour trip to this facility and the owners refused to allow us to see our mother! They insisted that we call and make an appointment for another day. This is ridiculous. We arrived at 2:30PM and were very polite. Our mother recently moved into the facility on Tuesday. We visited to review the facility and her accommodations. We were refused entry to even see where she sleeps. It would be good to see if we're getting what we're paying to receive. Grade: F minus minus!!
