0 Stars, Heard from a few sources that the caretakers will beat on residents where the cameras can't reach. Also a couple caretakers got caught taking pictures of residents in the bathroom/shower, not clothed. This place has a lot of problems that go unnoticed and the caretakers will lie for each other if a resident gets beat up/bruises/gashes by them so they don't get in trouble or fired. These residents are human beings and deserve their privacy and care that they asked for. Not beaten and exposed by caretakers.

If there were a zero stars i would choose that. Staff here threaten clients with rectal Temp checks if they don't eat fast enough or complain. These clients can't defend themselves against the staff. I had to quit. Management throws mandatory doubles at the end of your shift. Staff are appalling. If you wanna see American horror story in real life work here. Infected traches and g-tubes!

It's horrible place to work...if you want to work with mrdd individuals don't bother applying...there are very few left the people that they need the most help with are those who have mental health issues and they are placed there instead of prison... they give you no way to defend yourself causing staff to have life altering damage to their bodies...unless you can allow someone to attack you breaking your bones, concussions, bite, pull your hair basically any vicious behavior you can think of without defending yourself...as... read more
