just a damn disgrace
"I am writing this to warn other families. My mother-in-law was admitted here a year ago after a seizure, and her experience has been a nightmare of neglect. She is a diabetic who requires a strict insulin and meal schedule to remain stable. The staff at this facility completely failed her, ignoring her basic medical needs and failing to provide her insulin and food. 0 Stars, Heard from a few sources that the caretakers will beat on residents where the cameras can't reach. Also a couple caretakers got caught taking pictures of residents in the bathroom/shower, not clothed. This place has a lot of problems that go unnoticed and the caretakers will lie for each other if a resident gets beat up/bruises/gashes by them so they don't get in trouble or fired. These residents are human beings and deserve their privacy and care that they asked for. Not beaten and exposed by caretakers.
Not made for you if you don’t have patience or a thick skull, but if you do, it’s the most rewarding job I’ve had so far !
