They broke my left rear door lock pull. When I went back to inform them and discuss it, the cashier/mgr or whatever he was was dismissive and first asked only one guy, who hadn't even worked on my vehicle the day prior. I challenged this and he then went to the back of the carwash and had some other guy come to deny that the damage occurred during the wipe down of the interior.
