Super friendly and helpful staff with very fast service.
Went to simply see about having some surgery done on one of my dogs eyes. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the vet here they take you back and put you in the little room and then the aid come in and talk and then they take your dog in the back. It is kind of creepy the last time we were there we went there about his eye again she got to talk about our bulldogs, hips, and how they live a short life and you should started on medicine for joint health. Mt. Vernon Animal Clinic has been our vet for over 5 years now. They are patient with our pups and they are the best in the area.
Pretzel; my daughter's kitten & best buddy has been very sick. I made an appt with MVAC after hearing such positive remarks from a friend.The entire staff showed concern & compassion from the moment I walked in the door. I was very impressed by the knowledge & quick recall that Dr Roger's has.The staff was professional & communicated clearly. The cherry on top was Thor, who greeted us and gave me a much needed laugh when he tried to climb inside my purse! We were very pleased and will undoubtedly return.
First time I've ever used this clinic and I was very happy with how our cat was treated. He was extremely sick when he was brought in, and now he is on the road to recovery. Will definitely be visiting again.
