No sewer, no wifi, no cable, shower floors questionable, office is not manned after 3pm, laundry open only 8am-8pm. Need quarters? take a drive. RV dump station is available, but only smaller rigs will fit. Sites are loose gravel not compacted, so we needed low-4 wheel drive to get out. Sketchy feeling about security. CCTV cameras in vacated office, showers, and laundry room. Laundry room & shower facilities look like third-world Natl Geographic scenes. Going to pass this one next year.
We were warmly greeted and checked in by two nice people. That’s why we gave them a 3. We have been to lots of Good Sam parks but this was the most run down. Our site was just gravel with an ancient splintery picnic table. Didn’t expect to have no sewer hookups. Bathrooms were dirty. Trash all around in the play area. Lots of obviously permanent residents.
It is absolutely a great place to stay. Or live. Managers are very rare people. Kind. Hard working, and they listen. I am Blessed to be here!
Functional, clean, warm water, electricity, but everything pretty worn out, outdoor sink unusable, ghost town feeling
The couple running the place were very helpful and friendly, the site was roomy and was shade/sun. Laundry was clean and well taken care of. However, the shower house was disgusting. One stall had dried feces all over the toilet and the other stall had no toilet paper. The showers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or painted in some time. There was litter all over the floor.
