worst customer service i ever experience.calling for 4 days to make sure i had an appointment, then being told they were going to call me back the next day WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. I call the day of my appointment, i got transferred 6 times back and fourth and kept being told to call this number for an "appointment " i had. after being transferred 6 times and given 3 different numbers they never even had me in the system! now i'm late to my class and missed a whole shift at work. thanks mount sinai
