Whoever is over, mount, sinai need to really look into things especially the wheelchairs, they need upgraded wheelchairs. The building need upgrade period they are more concerned about the garage than they are about the hospital itself. They really do need to work on things. It takes transport forever to come pick up a patient that is not able to walk those floors. They removed the toe. I actually didn’t like that toe so it’s ok. It was the one that always caught on the sheets. Even my friends like going here. Highly recommend and will be back soon.
Professional, courteous, calm, clean environment.
Excellent medical care, and nurses and CNAs are the best. Everyone is friendly, Most are talkative. And very professional.
