I’m a patient at the Weed center, but I couldn’t get in to see my primary and Julie Fadness took my appointment on the same day as an emergency issue with my toe. The front desk ladies were friendly, Julie’s assistant was very personable, and Julie helped me immediately! The same has been true for the staff in Weed. When I haven’t been able to see my primary, they have scheduled me with either Dr Van Houten or their MA. The staff has always been very friendly.
Lack of real care. They just want to have a conversation and charge you for it. No monitoring of medical conditions. Go elsewhere for any real care or help with health issues. General lack of interest in patients when in office (gossiping, joking around behind the counter, then acting like patients are a bother when at the window.
They have been wonderful!! Dr. Julie Fadness is the best!!
Very rude staff, and inconsistent policies: On their entry sign it is posted about a “10-minute late policy” but I arrived FOUR MINUTES late and was refused service! The staff were all rude about it and completely inflexible. I won’t be going there anymore…
