Very rude staff, and inconsistent policies: On their entry sign it is posted about a “10-minute late policy” but I arrived FOUR MINUTES late and was refused service! The staff were all rude about it and completely inflexible. I won’t be going there anymore…

Do not take your kids here. Not really a place for kids. Unaccommodating. They told me I had reschedule my 1 year old dr appointment because I forgot the packet I needed for her visit. I told them I had it filled out at home but forgot it with my 3 kids, I asked her if I could bring it back. My 1 year old needed shots. She said that I was late at 2:01 (her appointment was at 2) cuz I didn't have the packet filled out. The whole office was full of people. I was totally embarrassed.
