I recently had a surgery performed at the Mt. Scott Surgery Center. I had a hammer toe procedure performed by DR. Jerry Yoon. I spent a little over three hours from check-in to check-out. The staff and attention given me was outstanding. From the front desk check-in with "Kecia", Pre-Operative nurse "Jess" who ensured my comfort with the IV stick and start of medications along with the final check-out process. I came here for surgery and the staff was pretty great. However, once I woke up from anesthesia, it was extremely loud and chaotic, making it hard for me to recover before heading home. My surgery cost $4260, and they only offered a piece of cheese and no meal. It's definitely not worth returning or suggesting unless the hospital makes some changes.

I had an exceptional experience at Surgery Center of My Scott. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, happy welcome by everyone. My nurse, Michelle, was fantastic and took the time to explain every step of my procedure, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. I had been having trouble previously with finding good medical care for a tumor that I had. They were very knowledgeable and made my stay extremely comfortable. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and they made it an excellent experience. Never thought I would be excited about a surgery and give a review, however here we are. Definitely would recommend. Well unfortunately it turned for the worst with Dr.Polin. Just make sure you study the surgeon that's gonna do the procedure on your body. Reviews and other testimonies. The whole scenario was just wierd from the hospital to the surgeon!!!!!
