Dr. Nomie is fantastic! I have always had a tremendous amount of dental anxiety, and because of his clear communication, thorough explanation of procedures, and excellent bedside manner, I no longer fear the dentist. I recently visited this office for two fillings and was disappointed with the experience. Midway through the procedure, the dentist left without any explanation to see another patient. I was left there to wait with the tech and an uncomfortable suction shield/saliva ejector in my mouth. There was no apology and I was told my filling needed to cure which I think is a lie because they had used a curing light and I didn’t have sit around while the second one supposidely cured after I expressed my dissatisfaction. I can’t stop smiling and that is all due to the meticulous work of Dr. Nomie. After correcting my smile with Invisalign treatment from a nearby orthodontist office, I was left displeased with the results. Dr. Nomie was able to identify the reason for my dissatisfaction and correct it, leaving me finally feeling confident with my smile. I’m sure I’m going to see a response to this review that will bypass what happened to us and gaslight us making it our fault. However I still want potential patients to know that if you refuse X-rays, they will not treat you. We received a letter in the mail firing us because we didn’t want our daughter to have X-rays again after she had them 7 days previously at her orthodontist.
