I love the staff at the route 11 highway location, they are so friendly and Dr Pinney is the best vet in PA!!!! I know he is!!!! He has saved my two dogs multiple times and it is very clear he loves his patients as much as their owners/families love them. He knows what he is doing and seems to catch illness and problems early. He has been our vet for 14 years and I plan on keeping him as our vet for life. So make him happy so you don't loose him as a vet at your practice!!!! The vets and staff here are always kind to me and our cats. They always have suggestions on how to better care for our cats and understand that we want the best for our animals. They are understanding and don't seem "money-driven" as another reviewer stated. They have encouraged me to look online for products that might be less expensive than in their office or a specialized pet store. I would recommend them.
We have been using Mt Rock Animal Hospital for years. They are always kind and considerate and quite helpful with suggestions on pet care. I would definitely reccommend them and their partners Shippensburg Animal Hospital on Walnut Bottom Road.
Mt. Rock Animal Hospital Is Money driven They are hearltess when it comes to animals. They denied my animal medicine at the last minute and I had nowhere to take my animal to get help... and they continusly took my money knowing fair well that my animal had a terminal illness... every 6 weeks the wanted me to spend 200 for an office visit... they even made me pay an emergency office call knowing excatly what was wrong that was over 400 this place is heartless avoid them!!!
