I had a great experience using MT Real Estate. They advertise as having lower rates than other realtors and it was not until I met with the title company and the lady said "Wow, how did you get them to go so low?" that it actually hit me that their low fees and commissions were not simply a marketing ploy. Lower commissions with awesome service. They listened to my input and provided their professional advice and helped me sell my home much quicker than other homes listed in my former neighborhood.
