Odd atmosphere the receptionist is multitasking at front desk and handling eye exams in the waiting area where everyone is seated. While she was examining the patient, the manager was having a conversation with her about sales.. very unprofessional and rude. Once we were done with the exam the manger or optometrist just pointed us towards the frames.. didn’t offer to help or ask any questions.
