This company is as dishonest as they come. Said they inspected our well and septic and drain field and it was never done. But little did we know the inspector, Craig Goodspeed, a retired police officer, was friends with the seller. 3 months after moving in we had black sewage coming up in our tub. After doing research we found that the seller and Mr. Goodspeed were friends and fudged the location of the septic, well and drain field. I would stay away from this company. They caused us financial hardship after buying our home.
This company was paid to complete an inspection on my sons house prior to purchasing. The inspection said there were not any problems. They did such a poor job, the drain field failed after 1 week. They actually had the drain field marked in the incorrect location on the inspection paperwork, which was not found out until the drain field failed. I would highly recommend using another company.
