Easy to work with and did a good job at a fair price.
They were friendly and organized about their schedule. In explaining the condition of my septic tank and the mechanics of what happens to the sludge in the baffle if you wait too long to get it pumped, and they did all this without making me feel guilty (I had waiting a few years more than I should have as we bought the house about 8 years ago and this was the first time we had it pumped).
So simple. First place I called and didn't even call anyone else because the guy quoted me what I thought was a fair price and that's all I needed to hear. I called the guy, scheduled with the guy. He showed up when he said he would pumped and left. Didn't do any complaining or try to sell anything extra. Just did what we paid him to do. Will use again when the time comes.
On time and very professional, Would recommend them to everyone.
Called them at 7:30a and my tank was pumped before 11a. Very friendly and knowlegeable. Will suggest to anyone!
