I honestly can't recommend this place based on my experience. We were originally told it would take three business days to fix our mower, but it ended up being over three weeks before we got it back. The customer service was disappointing… The first time I called, the woman on the phone couldn’t even find our mower. Eventually she did. Every time we called after that, we got a different story. Called them and they picked up my JD180 within a few hours and this was on a Monday. Received a call on Tuesday around 3:30 and mower was fixed and they delivered. Background on mower that it was bought at an auction this year and is a 2023 and had never started. I thought simple fix and spent days on it.
