Unreliable. I called and texted multiple times. This guy said he would get back with me "this afternoon," "in ten minutes," etc. He never bothered. I wasted time trying to use their service.
After Ken called to confirm if I was home to meet him he said he would be here in 45 minutes. He was well over an hour with no apology at door. After looking at my fireplace he immediately started selling his upgraded look because my house was built in 99. I was ok with his opinions but I just wanted a estimate on gas logs not remodeling the fireplace. Ken took his measuring tape out to take measurements and dropped it on my wood floor and it made a dent. He saw it and even rubbed his finger on it, no apology. I have shells ... read more
Super responsive and got the job done at a fair price. We had a dysfunctional gas log system. They came out and addressed the issue, but also recommended that we make an update to our current gas logs - this was not a sales tactic, but was the best recommendation. Highly recommend using this company for gas logs - everyone else takes too long and doesn't respond. THANK YOU!!
I called Ken about installing outdoor gas logs in my existing backyard fireplace. He came out the same day and within one week I had my logs (would have been even sooner but I was traveling). I am very happy with my new logs and the responsiveness of this company. Highly recommend!!
